The Task Management module supports you in planning, managing and supervising all tasks in your company. The clear layout of the intuitive input mask allows you to assign new tasks of varying complexity to the people in charge quickly and easily.

Different views based on user rights provide a structured overview of the tasks created. The views available are controlled by the individual user rights to make sure that you and your staff only see and complete tasks relevant to you.

Tasks can also be created in some of the other modules such as Risk Assessments or Safety Inspections. These tasks are all combined centrally in the task management tool and only made available to the employees who have the necessary access rights.

The task management tool can be used by all employees in a company but was particularly designed to help department and business unit managers, quality managers and project managers to keep track of all upcoming tasks.
