
The Incident and Accident Database allows you and your staff to document reportable events quickly and easily. This data is then structured and interpreted.
According to Section 18 of the German Industrial Safety Regulation (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung), additional inner-company accident reports need to be filed to ensure operational safety. A structured approach to reporting all accidents and near-misses in the company raises the employees' awareness of potential risk situations. This way, a higher number of safety hazards is discovered and appropriate preventive measures can be put into place, which helps to reduce machine downtime and absences of workers in the long-run.
No IT knowledge is required for using the database. The input masks are pre-populated with your company's data. All you need to do is to select the required options from a drop-down menu.
