Risk Assessment

Gefährdungsbeurteilung IconRisk Assessment means the systematic identification and assessment of risks at your workplace while defining the necessary precautions. It is a central health and safety instrument that serves to minimise accidents and work-related illness.

The process is represented by a digital workflow to enhance communication and to reduce errors. When the next audit takes place, you can provide all relevant information with just a few clicks. A recurring reminder about scheduled revisions makes sure that no information is lost.

Responsible actions and a sense of duty towards their staff should be the top priority of any manager. An unrestricted flow of information is key for ensuring operations are not hindered by the many administrative and management tasks. The digital risk assessment increases awareness of health and safety issues in your company, thereby significantly reducing work-related accidents. You can assess risks in a simple, safe and transparent way.

For additional information, please download the Risk Assessment data sheet or get in touch.

Risk assessment made easy in 6 steps:

  • Select plant section or business unit
  • Record and describe activity
  • Assess risks based on risk factors laid out in BG RCI - Merkblatt A017 (bulletin issued by the German Employers’ Liability Insurance Association for companies in the mining and chemical industries)
  • Determine measures to eliminate each risk
  • Provide detailed instructions on each measure and put measures into action by means of a central task management system
  • Assess the effectiveness of all completed measures. If the measure was successful, the task is completed
