Risk assessment made easy in 6 steps:
- Select plant section or business unit
- Record and describe activity
- Assess risks based on risk factors laid out in BG RCI - Merkblatt A017 (bulletin issued by the German Employers’ Liability Insurance Association for companies in the mining and chemical industries)
- Determine measures to eliminate each risk
- Provide detailed instructions on each measure and put measures into action by means of a central task management system
- Assess the effectiveness of all completed measures. If the measure was successful, the task is completed
